MTS Overview:
Mastercard Transaction Services (MTS) is a global center of excellence within Mastercard for regulated payment services and less regulated businesses with complex customers, product types and markets. It is the division responsible for the management of the legal entities under which all of Mastercard's current licensed money transfer services (and in the future other regulated activities) will be conducted. MTS is also The MTS division (and associated MTS shared services functions) are housed under the umbrella of Mastercard Transaction Services and are comprised of the components which are necessary to support the activities of a licensed payment services firm. These components include:
• The maintenance of payment institution /money transmitter licenses (and in future state, other applicable payment services licenses) for operating payments business in defined jurisdictions.
• Associated settlement accounts and other treasury services for the relevant MTS entity
• Compliance services including but not limited to real-time sanctions screening / AML / Fraud
• Regulatory reporting to the relevant regulators on behalf of the regulated business and its subsequent activities.
• Supporting a number of products and use cases globally, including: Cross Border A2A, crypto (stablecoins) settlement, Open Banking, Acquiring and Master Merchant.

Role Summary
The VP, MTS Strategic Execution will lead MTS strategy, project & program management and process improvement. In this role you will partner across all of MTS leadership and functional teams such as comms, legal, finance, etc. to ensure MTS is a best-in-class solution for our internal customers.

Responsibilities
1. Strategy
o Partner with leadership and head of strategy on the development of MTS' next gen 3-year vision, various executive communications/materials
o Create pricing structure
o Develop elevator pitch, drumbeat, and comms strategy for MTS in addition to specific collateral to support broader understanding of MTS' capabilities.
2. Process Improvement
o Use six-sigma skills to identify process improvements that will drive the MTS enterprise asset
o Efficiency planning
3. Project/Program Management
o Lead team of experienced project & program managers to ensure best in class program development/deployment execution and customer experience and process improvement initiatives
4. Reporting & Analytics
o Develop data-driven insights and reporting related to Enablement Solutions work and contribute to the broader data strategy
5. Innovation & Continuous Improvement
o Identify additional strategic opportunities for the Enterprise Asset

All About You
• Experience: Experienced VP with strong strategy, data, project management and six-sigma experience. Substantial experience influencing senior leaders, particularly cross-functional teams. Background across several areas such as innovation, finance, data, strategy, technology, product development desired. Proven team leader of geographically and skill diverse teams. Proven experience innovating in ambiguity whilst bringing structure to execution.

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Mastercard benefits for full time (and certain part time) employees generally include: insurance (including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance); flexible spending account and health savings account; paid leaves (including 16 weeks of new parent leave and up to 20 days of bereavement leave); 80 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time, 25 days of vacation time and 5 personal days, pro-rated based on date of hire; 10 annual paid U.S. observed holidays; 401k with a best-in-class company match; deferred compensation for eligible roles; fitness reimbursement or on-site fitness facilities; eligibility for tuition reimbursement; and many more. Purchase, New York: $230,000 - $368,000 USD
