Title and Summary
Vice President, Product Management - Send (NAM) OverviewMastercard Move is Mastercard's portfolio of money movement capabilities powering a variety of payment experiences including person-to-person, business-to-consumer, and business-to-business disbursements. Mastercard Move enables money to move quickly and safely, both domestically and internationally, reaching more than 10 billion endpoints and more than 95% of the world's banked population.
Within the Mastercard Move portfolio of products, Mastercard Send enables near real time payments to and from cards around the world. We are seeking an individual to lead a team of product managers that oversee all product management activities for Mastercard Send in North America. This individual will own the product and commercialization functions and support the sales team to streamline and scale the product.
The VP, Product Management will be responsible for partnering with key support functions (e.g. global, legal, finance, sales, account management) to deliver innovative products and functionality for the North America market, devise and execute on a cohesive commercialization and sales strategy, and meet all key P&L objectives. The individual will lead a team of product managers to help scale one of Mastercard's fastest growing products worldwide.
Responsibilities
• Lead the NAM regional Send Product team and be a subject matter expert on the disbursements and P2P payments landscape
• Collaborate with global product teams to ensure that product performance, enhancements and initiatives drive increased client success and growth
• Engage with key clients to optimize and continuously improve how they engage with the product. Work to remove any barriers that might be preventing further growth and sales
• Drive alignment between Customer, Mastercard Account Management, NAM Regional Sales, Global Product, and finance organizations
• Emsure successful onboarding, testing and ramping of volume for new Customers along with Existing Customers for new receiving corridors
• Devise and execute on a GTM and sales strategy to power the next phase of Mastercard Send growth across North America
• Serve as an escalation point for Product performance Issue resolution. Work with customer support and customer operations to resolve issues for clients
• Review data analysis for optimization and growth opportunities across key client base
• Partner with finance to maintain accurate and detailed performance reporting and projections
Experience
• Strong domain expertise in the card payments ecosystem
• Experience leading high performing product management teams
• Proven team leader with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Financial performance acumen (ability to create and understand business performance models)
• Strong customer engagement skills
• Experienced public speaker
