Title and Summary
Systems Analyst II Job OverviewThe Systems Analyst, Financial Systems will be a key member of the GBSC – System's Hyperion Team, responsible for supporting and enhancing MasterCard's financial systems. This role involves conducting requirements analysis, participating in solution design, and performing application development. The analyst will provide operational support across the Hyperion Planning & Essbase application platform, ensuring system stability and performance for critical financial processes.
Role Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
Participate in solution design and assist in application development activities.
Provide day-to-day operational support for Hyperion Planning & Essbase systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to maintain platform reliability.
Work closely with FP&A, Tax, Human Resources, and other MasterCard groups to deliver system enhancements and support.
Ensure compliance with internal standards and best practices for financial systems.
All About You
Strong knowledge of Hyperion Planning, Essbase, FDMEE, DRM; familiarity with financial processes and reporting; experience with scripting and automation is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality solutions in a dynamic environment.
