Title and Summary
Specialist, Product Management RoleContribute to discovery and delivery for gateway capabilities: gather and translate requirements, review demos against acceptance criteria, and support QA/testing through to release.
Prepare go-to-market materials (presentations, launch plans), and stay aligned with GTM strategies to drive adoption of feature sets.
Monitor product performance and operational health; track and report metrics, research, and surveys to inform near-term roadmap inputs.
Maintain clear, consumable product documentation for cross-functional and leadership audiences; contribute ideas and trade-off recommendations for backlog items.
Collaborate across engineering, solutioning, and market teams, using the Studio framework to manage intake/readiness and follow up with stakeholders.
Build knowledge of payments and the gateway domain; share competitive insights and technology changes with the team.
