Solutions Consultant - Products & Solutions Lead the Innovation That Will Reshape Mastercard – and the World's Economy

The Central Europe Customer Solutions Centre (CSC) is not your average team. We are Mastercard's innovation engine in the region – where strategy meets execution, and where the best ideas don't just get discussed, they get built.

We're looking for a Solutions Consultant (Manager) who doesn't just understand technology but can translate it into business impact. Someone who can walk into a room of C-level executives and engineers and speak both languages fluently. Someone who can architect not just systems, but outcomes.

What You'll Do
• Own the technical solutioning process from pre-sales discovery to post-sale implementation.
• Lead technical workshops with clients to design seamless, scalable, and secure digital payment experiences.
• Translate Mastercard's product capabilities into tailored, high-impact client solutions.
• Collaborate with Solutions & Technical Architects, Product & Account Managers, and Delivery teams to ensure every solution is not only visionary – but viable.
• Anticipate technical blockers before they arise. Solve them before they escalate.
• Influence product roadmaps by bringing real-world client insights back to our global teams.

Who You Are
• A strategic technologist with 5+ years in solution architecture or product management – ideally in payments or fintech.
• A transformer – you understand the payment industry's technology stack end-to-end and know how to digitise payments at scale, across legacy and into next-gen environments.
• A solutioneer – you rapidly familiarise yourself with Mastercard's product suite and know how to deploy, bundle, or build the right solution to solve a client's challenge with precision and speed.
• A business thinker who can prioritise ruthlessly, structure ambiguity, and communicate with clarity.
• A storyteller who can make the complex simple – whether you're speaking to a developer or a CEO.
• A social catalyst – sharp, bold, and disarmingly entertaining. You bring energy into the room, challenge with charm, and know how to make collaboration feel like momentum.
