Title and Summary
Senior Specialist, Product Management – Mastercard Research Center OverviewMastercard Services helps clients across industries make smarter decisions and achieve better outcomes through a tailored portfolio of solutions beyond the transaction.

The Mastercard Services global product team is seeking a Senior Specialist, Product Manager to support the evolution of consumer research within its Research Centre.
Role and Responsibilities
• Assist in developing and maintaining market research product vision, strategy and roadmaps.
• Understand Mastercard client needs and help translate them into market research product features and enhancements.
• Support balancing long-term product direction with current priorities by learning technical, competitive, and commercial contexts.
• Collaborate with global and local Sales, Regional, and Technology teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption of products.
• Work closely with senior product managers to ensure alignment across the product portfolio.
• Identify and monitor global and local trends within payments and financial services to help support product management
• Brief and manage research delivery teams to execute various forms of research
• Support the design and management of new approaches to data synthesis and other forms of insight
• Support research product lifecycle activities, including documentation, quality checks, and readiness across delivery and go-to-market perspectives.
• Help track research product performance metrics and contribute to revenue and budget reporting.
• Prepare research product communications and sales enablement materials for internal teams.
• Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers under guidance, ensuring compliance with Mastercard policies.
• Demonstrate Mastercard Way behaviours through collaboration and proactive engagement.
All About You
• At least 4 years of experience in product management, market research, business analysis, and/or related fields within financial services and tech.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Interest in market research innovation, product design, data and analytics.
• Willingness to learn and contribute hands-on to product development.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills; ability to work in virtual, global fast-paced teams.
• Curiosity about technology and how it can solve business problems, including AI.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Knowledge of financial services or payments is a plus.
