Title and Summary

Senior Specialist, Product Management The Services team and solutions fuel growth for partners globally by providing cutting edge services in the areas of Customer Acquisition and Engagement, Security Solutions, Business and Market Insights, and Open Banking. Focused on thinking big and scaling fast, our agile sales team is responsible for end-to-end solutions for a diverse global customer base including retailers, airlines, hotels, tourism agencies, public sector entities, restaurants, consumer goods and telecom companies.

As the Data Engineering Product Manager, you will drive the growth and expansion of our identity data assets to enable solutions for emerging risk vectors experienced by card issuers and merchants around the globe. The role is focused on integrating datasets across a mix of deployment platforms leveraging both on-soil datacenters and cloud technologies. You will partner closely with other product managers, engineers, and data scientists to ensure our data infrastructure is built to serve the most effective, low-latency signals to our customers to meet their needs. As the product manager, you will lead efforts to research, design, and deploy innovative new signals powered by data science. About the Role:

Work deeply with data science and engineering to research, develop, and deploy data assets.

Meet with end customers to understand opportunities for new product capabilities and improvements.

Partner with sales teams, product marketing, privacy lawyers, and other product managers to identify business opportunities and deliver solutions to the market.

Drive improvements to the training data asset by building scalable tools and processes.

Partner with legal, sales, and end customers drive data collection and quality improvements.

Monitor performance, collect customer feedback, and continuously improve the product offering.



All About You:

Product management experience; ideally in SaaS products.

Critical thinking and analytical skills to solve complex problems.

Technical experience working with APIs, databases, and data-centric applications.

Ability to write SQL queries and Python scripts is a plus.

Strong written and verbal communication; can effectively articulate product decisions to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Business acumen and a proven track record to drive positive results for customers.

Ability to collaborate and deliver results within a team.

An entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset with a bias for action.

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in Canada, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive pay based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program.

Pay Ranges

Vancouver, Canada: $94,000 - $138,000 CAD
