Senior Specialist, Global Commercialization – CA&E OverviewMastercard's Services organization is a key growth engine, delivering innovative solutions that help our customers thrive. The Consumer Acquisition & Engagement (CA&E) team focuses on products and solutions that address dynamic market needs. We are seeking a Global Commercialization Operations & Enablement Specialist to support the scalability, consistency, and effectiveness of CA&E commercialization globally.
This role sits within CA&E Global Commercialization and acts as a critical execution partner enabling global commercialization priorities. Reporting into the VP, Global Commercialization, the Specialist will own defined global programs, tools, and processes that support enablement, knowledge management, and field readiness. The role emphasizes strong execution, cross-functional coordination, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Global Enablement Programs & Operating Rhythm
• Execute and operationalize CA&E Next, the flagship semi-annual global enablement program, including agenda coordination, content planning, stakeholder management, and post-event follow-through.
• Plan and deliver quarterly enablement micro-modules aligned to established priorities, narratives, and product updates.
• Maintain and manage the global CA&E enablement calendar, ensuring consistency, visibility, and alignment across Product, Sales, B2B Marketing, and Regional teams.
Knowledge Management & Digital Enablement
• Own day-to-day governance and continuous improvement of the CA&E Confluence Hub as the centralized repository for commercialization and enablement resources.
• Apply defined content standards, taxonomy, and governance processes to ensure materials remain current, relevant, and easy to consume.
• Maintain and enhance the CA&E Copilot Agent through structured knowledge ingestion, regular updates, and execution of the v1 to v2 enhancement roadmap.
Insights, Win/Loss & Competitive Intelligence
• Execute quarterly win/loss analysis for CA&E solutions, consolidating inputs and synthesizing insights into clear, actionable summaries.
• Support ongoing competitive and market analysis to inform narrative refresh cycles and sales positioning updates.
• Ensure insights are incorporated into enablement assets, RFP responses, and sales tools in partnership with Global and Regional stakeholders.
Global Forums & RFP Enablement
• Plan and run the Global CA&E Commercialization Forum, supporting agenda development, content coordination, and execution against a defined roadmap.
• Coordinate the global CA&E RFP response process, serving as the central point of orchestration across Product, Sales, Legal, and Regional contributors.
• Maintain and evolve the CA&E RFP Toolkit, ensuring templates, boilerplates, and evidence repositories are accurate and up to date.
Key Deliverables
• Execution of a consistent global CA&E enablement operating cadence, including delivery of CA&E Next and quarterly micro-module sessions.
• Ongoing management and continuous improvement of the CA&E Confluence Hub as the authoritative global enablement and commercialization resource.
• Delivery of incremental enhancements to the CA&E Copilot Agent in line with an established v1 to v2 roadmap.
• Production of quarterly win/loss and competitive intelligence summaries to support narrative updates and sales enablement.
• Maintenance of a standardized global CA&E RFP toolkit, including templates, boilerplates, and supporting evidence materials.
About You
• Experience in commercialization operations, sales enablement, strategy, or consulting, preferably within B2B, payments, fintech, or technology-enabled services.
• Demonstrated ability to execute defined programs and processes with a high degree of rigor and attention to detail.
• Experience working effectively in cross-functional, global, and matrixed environments.
• Strong organizational, program management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize inputs into clear, structured outputs.
• Comfortable owning and maintaining tools and platforms (e.g., knowledge hubs, enablement portals, AI-enabled assistants).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, dependable, and motivated by enabling teams through well-run systems and programs.
