Mastercard Processing is an issuing processor headquartered in Warsaw, Poland and operating worldwide. We offer comprehensive payment solutions that empower customers to launch payment products with efficiency, scalability and speed to market. We enable a full suite of consumer and commercial payment products for financial institutions, fintech and non-traditional issuers. Our services leverage state-of-the art security at the forefront and allow access to the latest technologies. Title and Summary Senior Analyst

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business/System Analyst with strong technical acumen to join our diverse team of business/system analysts. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and expert communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities:
• work with external stakeholders to understand, gather and document detailed business requirements regarding products which should be implemented in MP (issuing of different types of cards (prepaid, debit, credit, commercial) with different sets of value-added services like MDES, 3DS2.0, ABU),
• produce written documentation of the client's business requirements (functional and non-functional requirements) according to UML and BPMN standards,
• preparing system analysis of business requirements (use cases, activity diagrams, interface specifications and mappings) with the usage of the Enterprise Architect tool,
• work closely with the client (first to discover the client's need and then to explain the details of how MP's system works and how the client's requirements will be addressed in MP's solution),
• working closely with other teams in organization and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction,
• support of planning and executing internal tests of developed solutions,
• working flexibly to deadlines,
• other duties may be assigned.

All about You:
• very good understanding of cards and payments area,
• strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy,
• knowledge about Enterprise Architect tool,
• knowledge of UML and BPMN standards,
• good communication skills, with the ability to handle conversations with customers,
• the ability to work under pressure on multiple projects within project timeframes,
• a passion for creating solutions with a positive attitude to change,
• strong English written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills,
• proven experience in analysis (at least 3 years).
