Title and Summary

Product Manager ( Regulatory ) The Cross-border Services Global Product Team team is looking for a Product Manager (Regulatory) to drive our product management regulatory framework forward. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly motivated, analytical, and possesses a framework-driven mindset.
Role
•Product regulatory framework: Developing the framework to gauge local regulatory scope of implications for cross-border transactions, i.e. permissions, licensing, use case requirements and other considerations.
•Regulatory change management model: Developing framework for regulatory changes as related to cross-border payments business; Work with legal entity and across business to ensure Regulatory Changes are addressed by respective functions.
•Functional partner engagement: Single point-of-contact for regulatory matters related to product management and facilitating engagement with functional teams (i.e. regulatory affairs, compliance, product legal and others).
•Onboarding support: Support with onboarding project management and processes from a regulatory angle.

All About You
The ideal candidate for this position should:
•Deep knowledge of payments and clearing systems as they relate to both domestic and cross-border payments
•Experience in trends, governance and regulatory compliance of cross border payments
•Understanding of current payment trends and developments from a legal or regulatory perspective
•Significant experience in governance or project/program management, ideally in a fast-paced environment managing multi-stakeholder engagements simultaneously
•Experience working in or with banks, fintechs and/or financial regulators as it relates to payment landscapes
•Ability to interact and communicate virtually with stakeholders across various functions and geographies
•Sense of ownership, both for directly managed projects as well as broader business outcomes
•CRM software/tool experience
