Product Delivery Infrastructure LeadOverview

The Product Delivery Infrastructure Lead (“PDIL”) is responsible for the design and creation of implementation processes, blueprints and supporting collateral for Delivery to use when rolling out our Immediate Payments suite of solutions to customers across the world. Working with numerous global and regional stakeholders in our Product, Operations & Technology and Delivery organisations, the PDIL works to ensure all deployment and on-boarding processes are repeatable, scalable and capable to support a flawless customer delivery experience.

The role

• Be responsible for owning design of the customer delivery journey for our Infrastructure suite of payments products, comprising immediate payments, batch processing and proxy services
• Partners with Product Management and Operations & Technology leads to ensure clear & required solution definition for the client with a proposed implementation plan
• Act as Delivery SME in product and Delivery governance forums, helping to guide and influence decisions relevant to customer delivery
• Responsible for the project management and delivery of process materials and plans
• Produce numerous supporting artefacts to enable education and knowledge transfer activities to regional delivery teams
• Take day-to-day responsibility for the Infrastructure tranche of the team (additionally comprising 1 x Business Analyst)
• Organise and lead cross-functional workshop activities to facilitate process discovery and design activities
• Develops delivery strategies that integrate multiple MasterCard products and services into a single, coordinated effort.
• Analyze and validate market readiness and implement-ability
• Conduct post-implementation and in-progress reviews; contribute to continuous improvement objectives
• Helps identify, coach and groom top talent and pro-actively develops employees as organizational resources
• Demonstrated expertise in process methodology and at least one specialized area of Product Delivery
• Track record in solving delivery/implementation-related challenges
• Experience in leading technical on-boarding efforts (working with static data, account creation, UI configuration)
• Experience in compiling testing strategies & plans
• Working knowledge of product roadmaps & backlogs, and feature elaboration processes
• Excellent interpersonal, written & presentation skills
• Fluent in MS Visio, PowerPoint, Sharepoint, Jira, Confluence, CA Rally
