About the Role

As a Network Services Senior Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth for the Services organization in Europe. You will lead and support pricing and market fund initiatives—including mandates, opt-in/opt-out programs, and market-wide projects.

This role blends strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and program execution. You will collaborate with regional and global product teams, business development, customer success, Advisors & Consulting Services, finance, and senior leadership to shape and implement pricing strategies across European markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Strategic Initiatives: Design, validate, and launch go-to-market strategies for pricing and market-wide programs.
• Program Execution & Performance Management: Monitor initiative performance, resolve challenges, and ensure successful delivery against objectives
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders (product, finance, legal, sales) to align initiatives with market needs and business goals.
• Business Case Development: Build robust financial models and develop persuasive proposals that clearly articulate business value.
• Go-to-Market & Communication: Drive internal and external rollout of initiatives, including stakeholder presentations, committee approvals, and enablement sessions (e.g., training, webinars).

About You

• Consulting background in a multinational environment
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including with senior leadership
• Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities
• Ability to craft and present compelling project proposals
• Collaborative mindset with experience working across sales, product, finance, and leadership teams
• Skilled at managing multiple initiatives simultaneously and delivering results
