Overview
Mastercard Switching Services is a regulated business unit looking after the commercial relationships with Mastercard's customers across the EEA related to the processing of payment transactions — i.e., authorization, clearing, and settlement — in compliance with the European Interchange Fees Regulation.
We are a high performing, agile commercial team, partnering closely with customers and shared services teams across the EEA to shape, position, and deliver compelling commercial proposals for Switching Services.
We are seeking a Manager Specialist Sales EEA to support the team in assisting customers on all Switching related topics, preparing high quality commercial proposals, coordinating responses to customer Request for Proposals (RFPs), and contributing to initiatives that grow Mastercard's Switching Services presence and penetration in the region. This role plays a central part in strengthening customer engagement and ensuring the commercial success of Switching Services in Europe.

Role
In this role, the Manager Specialist Sales EEA will be responsible for:
• Developing and delivering strong commercial proposals for Switching Services.
• Leading and coordinating responses to customer Request for Proposals (RFPs) for Switching Services.
• Contributing to the achievement of Switching Services KPIs across the EEA region.
• Acting as a knowledgeable and responsive point of contact for customers on Switching related topics.
• Driving regional initiatives to increase Switching penetration.
• Supporting Product Teams by sharing customer insights and commercial perspectives to help develop enhanced Switching functionality.
• Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders including Services Business Development, Solution Architecture, Network Product Management, Product, Legal, Finance, and others.
• Contributing to a collaborative, supportive team culture within a high performing, agile business unit that values partnership, trust, and shared success.

All About You
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in English; additional EEA languages are a plus
• Knowledge of and interest in the financial and/or payment card industry
• Prior experience in international environments and in customer focused commercial roles
• Hands on, proactive, and a strong team player with a keen to learn mindset
• Ability to adapt in a fast paced and highly competitive environment
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Solid planning, organizational, and time management skills
