Title and Summary

Manager, Sales Enablement & Management Reporting - Corporate Solutions Corporate Solutions is one of the three core verticals within Mastercard's Commercial & New Payment Flows (CNPF) organization, alongside SME Solutions and Transfer Solutions. Corporate Solutions focuses on expanding commercial payments for large corporates and enterprise customers—scaling carded and non carded B2B flows, enhancing commercial acceptance, driving embedded payments, and supporting growth across priority verticals.
This role sits at the intersection of Sales Enablement and Management Reporting, ensuring the sales organization has the insights, analytics, reporting, and tools needed to execute effectively. Your work will provide clarity on sales performance, pipeline health, target attainment, and commercial momentum—enabling leadership to make informed, insight driven decisions across this high growth business.

The Manager, Sales Enablement & Management Reporting owns the sales reporting rhythm, analytics, and insights generation for Corporate Solutions. This individual builds structured KPI frameworks, drives sales performance visibility, and produces decision grade insights that support Sales, Product, Finance, and regional leadership. The role blends analytical rigor, sales operations understanding, and strong communication skills to elevate commercial productivity and transparency.

Key Responsibilities
Management Reporting & Insights
• Lead monthly and quarterly business review cycles (MBR/QBR), producing high quality, executive ready reporting with strong storytelling and clear narrative flow.
• Maintain driver based reporting frameworks covering sales KPIs such as pipeline velocity, win rates, deal cycle time, revenue realization, renewal performance, and commercial funnel health.
• Build and maintain forecasting models, performance dashboards, and pipeline analyses to support sales leadership.
• Translate complex commercial and performance data into clear insights, highlighting trends, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions for senior stakeholders.
• Conduct ad hoc sales and performance deep dives to address evolving business priorities.
Sales Enablement Analytics & Performance Visibility
• Build and maintain sales dashboards to track pipeline health, productivity metrics, goal achievement, segmentation performance, and territory or region-level performance.
• Partner closely with Sales Leadership to define and refine success metrics, KPIs, and measurement frameworks.
• Analyze conversion trends, deal slippage, funnel leakage, and overall sales execution to surface actionable insights.
• Support sales teams with data driven tools, reporting packs, and performance diagnostics that improve execution discipline.
• Identify “what's working” and “what isn't,” enabling the sales organization to make informed adjustments and focus on high impact activities.
Data Governance & Consistency
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of reporting across regions, markets, and sales teams.
• Partner with data teams to address data gaps, refine KPI definitions, and strengthen reporting integrity.
• Improve reporting processes, documentation, and definitions to ensure the sales organization operates with a single source of truth.
Tools, Modeling & Automation
• Build robust Excel based models for forecasting, scenario analysis, and performance trending.
• Leverage BI tools—including Tableau, Power BI, and other visualization platforms—to automate recurring reporting and deliver scalable dashboards.
• Identify opportunities to streamline sales reporting and increase analytical efficiency through automation and tooling.
Stakeholder Engagement
• Partner with Sales, Product, Finance, and regional leadership to ensure alignment on performance interpretation and sales priorities.
• Pre wire stakeholders ahead of major reporting cycles for clarity, alignment, and expectation setting.
• Deliver insights in a structured, concise, executive ready format that enables fast, informed decision making.

Requirements
• 6–8 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, FP&A/management reporting, analytics, or corporate strategy.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skill set with expert proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proven ability with Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI/reporting tools.
• Excellent storytelling and executive communication skills.
• Experience working in matrixed global organizations, ideally in B2B, fintech, or technology.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, operate with independence, and thrive in ambiguity.

Nice to Have
• Experience in commercial payments, B2B sales, or financial services.
• Exposure to driver-based modeling and forecasting methodologies.
• MBA/CA/CFA or comparable advanced qualification.

• Delivery of consistent, high-quality reporting that becomes the standard across Sales and Corporate Solutions.
• Strong uplift in sales insights, resulting in clearer decision making for leadership.
• Increased automation of reporting, reducing manual effort and improving speed to insight.
• Strong trust built with Sales, Product, Finance, and regional leadership through clarity, alignment, and analytical leadership.
