Title and Summary

Manager, Product Management, Small and Medium Enterprises, Asia Pacific Overview

The Manager, Product Management, SME for the Asia Pacific region is responsible co-creating and supporting clear product line strategy, product management of SME product and solutions capabilities, as well as supporting customer economics (pricing and interchange) for SME segment.

This individual will be partnering with the various SME specialist leads across the region and collaborate across the organization to deliver GDV, market share and revenue growth objectives for our key markets.

Responsibilities

- Partner with market sales specialists and regional/global teams to develop and refine the product line strategy to support partners' portfolios and end users, including identifying new product opportunities, features, and enhancements based on market trends, competitive analysis, and regulatory changes
- Serve as a subject matter expert across SME product and solutions, understanding its use cases, process flows, and set-up requirements
- Develop and execute strategies to ensure balanced and commercially sound customer economics, through pricing and/or interchange recommendations

All About You

- Deep knowledge of payment market products and programs for the small business enterprises, across both issuer and end‑user client perspectives
- Strong product management capability, with a track record of delivering outcomes; solid understanding of virtual card technology and associated use cases
- Brings a strong execution mindset, taking accountability for outcomes while effectively managing multiple priorities.
- Self‑motivated and collaborative, able to operate effectively within a cross‑functional, matrixed environment
