Title and Summary

Executive Assistant, Services Overview:
The Services Technology team is seeking a highly skilled, proactive, and strategic Executive Assistant to provide top-tier support to the Data & Analytics EVP and the Data Platforms EVP. This role goes far beyond traditional executive assistant responsibilities, it's a dynamic partnership focused on maximizing the executives' impact and aligning operations, communications, and relationships across the business.
You will operate as a trusted advisor and right hand, managing day-to-day operational flow, ensuring the executives are focused on the highest-value activities.

The Data and Analytics team manages the organization's central data repository to enable reporting, analysis and data driven decision making.

The Data Platform team is responsible for advancing Mastercard's vision for a unified, modern data platform that enables collaboration and innovation. This platform will act as a central hub in enabling various product use cases.

In this role, you will help coordinate cross-team efforts, ensure smooth follow-through on priorities, and keep our leadership focused on delivering impact on a scale.

This is a hybrid position based in O'Fallon, MO, requiring three days per week onsite.

Role:
• Manage and optimize complex executive calendars, meetings, travel, and event logistics.
• Serve as gatekeeper and facilitator for internal and external requests, ensuring leaders' time is used effectively.
• Anticipate needs, prepare briefs and materials, and proactively manage shifting priorities.
• Partner with the Chief of Staff and leadership team to support operational planning, strategy reviews, and key initiatives.
• Prepare agendas, capture and synthesize meeting notes, and drive accountability on action items.
• Draft, edit, and manage high-level correspondence, presentations, and executive reports.
• Build strong relationships and interface confidently with senior leaders, clients, board members, and external partners.
• Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and executive presence.
• Continuously streamline workflows, implement tools, and improve processes to enhance efficiency.
• Own recurring business processes such as quarterly reviews, goal tracking, and performance reporting.
• Support internal events, leadership offsites, and company-wide communications.

All About You:
• Proven experience supporting C-level or senior executives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Expertise in managing complex, multi-executive calendars, resolving scheduling conflicts, and prioritizing demands.
• Skilled in coordinating domestic and international travel, meetings, and events, ensuring seamless logistics.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent leadership effectively across stakeholders.
• Strong emotional intelligence, discretion, and sound judgment when handling sensitive information.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and acting as a trusted liaison between executives, teams, and external partners.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, with familiarity in tools such as Co-pilot, Zoom, and other productivity platforms.
• Background in business, operations, or communications, with exposure to startups, tech, consulting, or corporate environments.
• Tech-savvy, adaptable, and proactive in identifying efficiencies and anticipating executives' needs.
• Demonstrated executive presence and confidence to make informed decisions on behalf of leadership.

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Mastercard benefits for full time (and certain part time) employees generally include: insurance (including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance); flexible spending account and health savings account; paid leaves (including 16 weeks of new parent leave and up to 20 days of bereavement leave); 80 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time, 25 days of vacation time and 5 personal days, pro-rated based on date of hire; 10 annual paid U.S. observed holidays; 401k with a best-in-class company match; deferred compensation for eligible roles; fitness reimbursement or on-site fitness facilities; eligibility for tuition reimbursement; and many more.

Pay Ranges

O'Fallon, Missouri: $69,000 - $107,000 USD
