Centered on data-driven technologies and innovation, these services include consulting, loyalty and marketing programs, business experimentation, and data-driven information and risk management services.

Director, Specialist Sales, Dynamic Yield

Are you ready to make a significant impact in Central Europe? We are looking for a dynamic and driven individual to lead our growth in Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, and Slovenia by building and closing a robust pipeline of opportunities with Financial Institutions.

Your Mission:

Forge Strong Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong connections with key stakeholders within the Mastercard Organization to maximize the visibility and adoption of Dynamic Yield Services and Products among Mastercard's customers.

Engage with Executives: Confidently present and sell our innovative products and services to VP and C-level executives of Financial Institutions.

Collaborative Selling: Work seamlessly with cross-departmental teams from both Dynamic Yield and Mastercard to drive sales success.

Achieve Revenue Goals: Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

Forecasting: Provide accurate and reliable forecasts of sales opportunities.
Client Success: Collaborate closely with Dynamic Yield's client success team to ensure the successful implementation of customer solutions.

All About You:

Sales Expertise: You have experience as an outside salesperson selling SaaS products and a proven track record in selling digital products to Financial Institutions.

Language Skills: Fluency in English and Polish is a must, both written and spoken. Additional fluency in Czech or Slovak is a plus.

Executive Engagement: You have experience selling digital marketing solutions to high-level executives such as CEOs, CMOs, Directors, and VPs of Digital Marketing.

MarTech Savvy: You are familiar with the MarTech landscape and can navigate it effectively.

Proven Success: You have a history of closing transactions in the $250K - $1,000,000+ range and consistently exceeding your quota, with references to back it up.

Persistent and Consultative: You are hard-working, persistent, and adopt a consultative sales style.

Team Player: You can work within a large organization and gather internal support to drive success.
