Title and Summary

Director, Regional Product Portfolio, Services Region: APAC

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Regional Product Marketing Director to align and lead adaptation and execution of global marketing strategies for our Services portfolio for the regions target buying audiences and key markets. Reporting to the Global this role is critical in defining, executing, and managing the regional B2B priorities for our key sub capabilities and use cases across our B2B Services offers. The Director will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the portfolio's value propositions resonate with target audiences and drive business growth for Services in the region. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of buying audiences, customer problems, solution go-to-market lifecycle, competitive positioning, and market trends, as well as experience developing tailored marketing strategies for diverse customer segments at the regional level.

Key Responsibilities:

Regional Strategy and Execution:

Drive and manage the regional product portfolio marketing strategy in alignment with global teams to achieve business goals, ensuring effective execution throughout the lifecycle.

Apply regional nuances to Service's solutions messaging and value propositions that differentiate the use cases, customer proof/case studies and market insights of the portfolios to fit regional relevance.

Lead regional execution of global product launches and contribute to global launch planning to represent market-specific tactics.

Collaborate with integrated marketing teams to translate product features into customer-focused messaging and execute regional launches and campaigns.

Leverage market research and competitive intelligence to inform strategies and identify growth opportunities for target buyers and markets.

Track and report performance of product marketing initiatives using data and analytics.

Cross-Functional Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:

Collaborate with global and regional product and portfolio marketing teams to capitalize on prioritized key innovations. Keeping stakeholders aligned on priorities and objectives that lead to revenue growth.

Shape regional sub capability strategies and drive execution of global go-to-market efforts.

Partner with leadership to develop and deliver alignment and visibility on the regional launch and business-as-usual roadmap.

Collaborate with Field Marketing, Partner Marketing, and Customer Marketing teams to implement and execute market activities as an integrated marketing unit.

Work with leaders of other marketing functions to implement goal-oriented product sales and marketing campaigns.

Manage competing priorities, resources, and time demands efficiently.

Market Insights and Competitive Analysis:

Conduct competitive analysis and customer research to ensure alignment with regional market trends.

Generate insights on customers, competitors, and market trends to unlock new opportunities and provide feedback to the global marketing and product organizations.

Customer-Centric Approach:

Drive customer success and revenue goals by tracking market adoption and other KPIs.

Understand and develop regional persona-based messaging and campaigns that resonate with target customers and buying centers to ensure in-market activations drive adoption of our Services solutions and fuel business growth.

Qualifications:

Proven experience 7+ years in product and/or portfolio marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.

Comfortable working in heavily matrixed environment and a global scale, regional relevance “hub and spoke” model.

Strong writer and presenter, ability to take complex technologies and systems and simplify into customer centric language.

Accumen for understanding of product lifecycle management, competitive positioning, and market trends.

Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth.

Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and regional marketing teams.

Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage insights for strategic decision-making.

Passion for product marketing, storytelling, and driving the adoption of large set of solutions at the regional and market level.
