Title and Summary

Director of Product Management, Financial Advanced Analytics About the Role

We're looking for a dynamic Director of Product Management to lead innovation and roadmap delivery across our Advanced Analytics suite, focused on Financial Institutions beyond issuing—including Acquiring, Treasury, and Commercial Cards. This is a unique opportunity to shape and scale advanced AI-driven products that power decision-making, deepen customer relationships, and drive measurable commercial outcomes.

You'll partner closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Data Science, Regional Product, Business Development, and Client Delivery to develop and launch differentiated products that transform the customer lifecycle and support revenue growth. Reporting into the VP of FI analytics Product Management, this high-impact role requires a strategic builder who's “been there, done that” — someone who thrives in ambiguity and is ready to shape what's next.

What You'll Do
• Lead the Product Vision: Define and own the product strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for analytics-based products in Acquiring, Treasury, and Commercial Card domains.
• Build & Launch: Manage the full product lifecycle — from ideation and go-to-market to in-market testing and global rollouts.
• Drive Innovation: Identify new opportunities through customer feedback, data, and industry insights, developing creative and practical solutions.
• Deliver Outcomes: Translate roadmap into results — driving product KPIs, revenue targets, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Partner for Scale: Work cross-functionally to align vision, prioritize development, and deliver enhancements that support global financial institutions.
• Inspire Change: Champion the voice-of-the-customer, shaping solutions that are intuitive, impactful, and future-ready.
• Communicate with Clarity: Prepare compelling product updates and strategic presentations for internal stakeholders, executives, and clients.

Essential Experience & Skills
• Proven Product Management experience, including delivering successful products in complex, fast-paced environments.
• Strong customer focus with an ability to pivot quickly and deliver value.
• Track record of commercial impact, from product design to revenue growth.
• Strategic thinker with a solutions-oriented mindset who can navigate ambiguity and develop actionable roadmaps.
• Skilled at cross-functional collaboration — able to rally diverse teams around a common vision.
• Familiarity with Agile product development, product management frameworks, and tools.
• Strong communication and influence skills — able to clearly articulate complex ideas and inspire action at all levels.

Bonus Skills
• Experience with analytical products and/or data-driven solutions is a strong plus.
• Experience in the Financial Services or Payments industry.
• Hands-on expertise in Acquiring, Treasury, or Commercial Cards— you understand the nuances, pain points, and growth opportunities.
