Position Overview:
The Director of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) will serve as a key advisor to GBSC Management supporting Finance, serving as a consultant on leading practices related to stakeholder engagement and change management. A key focus of the role will include leading strategic change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of key programs across Finance. This role is responsible for developing and executing change management strategies, managing stakeholder engagement, and driving strategic dialogues to align priorities. The Director will also oversee communications and partner with enabling functions to ensure visibility and consistency of messaging across Finance divisions.

Role & Responsibilities:
• Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate strategic dialogues, manage expectations, and build strong relationships across Finance.
• Change Strategy: Develop and execute change management plans to support adoption of initiatives.
• Communications Leadership: Deliver clear, consistent messaging to ensure alignment and visibility of initiatives.
• Strategic Planning: Translate functional vision into actionable strategies, tools, and methodologies.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor program impact, adherence to timelines and budgets, and customer satisfaction.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and coach a team of leaders and consultants, either through direct leadership or matrixed responsibilities; ensuring compliance with goal-setting and performance appraisal processes.
• Talent Development: Identify and develop top talent within the team.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in change management, communications, or CRM leadership.
• Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives and manage high impact teams.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Mastercard benefits for full time (and certain part time) employees generally include: insurance (including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance); flexible spending account and health savings account; paid leaves (including 16 weeks of new parent leave and up to 20 days of bereavement leave); 80 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time, 25 days of vacation time and 5 personal days, pro-rated based on date of hire; 10 annual paid U.S. observed holidays; 401k with a best-in-class company match; deferred compensation for eligible roles; fitness reimbursement or on-site fitness facilities; eligibility for tuition reimbursement; and many more. O'Fallon, Missouri: $152,000 - $258,000 USD
