Title and Summary

Director, Commercialization, Consumer Acquisition & Engagement, FI Overview
Mastercard's Services organization is a key growth engine, delivering innovative solutions that help our customers thrive. By integrating proprietary data, cutting-edge technology, expert insights, and strategic expertise, Services plays a critical role in driving Mastercard's differentiation and business growth.
The Consumer Acquisition & Engagement (CA&E) team focuses on products and solutions that address dynamic market needs. We are seeking a Director of Commercialization, based in Dubai, UAE, to lead the strategic growth, go-to-market vision, and commercialization of CA&E services and platforms across Eastern Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EEMEA) focusing on the Financial Institution (FI)/Banking.
The CA&E portfolio includes Marketing Services, Loyalty (Rewards and Offers), Personalization, and emerging engagement solutions. As a senior leader, this role will define and drive commercialization strategy across the entire EEMEA region, influence business priorities, and accelerate revenue growth through customer-centric innovation.
The Director will serve as the bridge between Product, Services Business Leads, Account Managers, and senior client stakeholders—crafting scalable strategies, partnership constructs, and narratives that deliver measurable value for customers and Mastercard.
This role reports into the Regional CA&E Commercialization Lead but will have end-to-end accountability for the CA&E commercialization performance across the FI segment.
Key Responsibilities
• Define and execute the commercialization strategy for CA&E across EEMEA, ensuring alignment with global priorities and adapting to diverse regional market dynamics.
• Own regional revenue and growth outcomes for CA&E, driving sustainable and scalable business impact.
• Anticipate emerging consumer trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive threats across multiple markets, shaping Mastercard's CA&E roadmap.
• Lead development of innovative go-to-market models (e.g., Pay-for-Performance, JV constructs, Cash Conversion frameworks) tailored to regional contexts.
• Oversee design and implementation of scalable 1:M sales plays, enablement frameworks, and training programs for EEMEA sales teams.
• Elevate Mastercard's market presence by embedding CA&E capabilities into JVIs, RFPs, and executive-level client proposals.
• Represent Mastercard as a thought leader in CA&E at senior forums, industry conferences, and executive client engagements across the region.
• Partner with relevant internal stakeholders to align CA&E solutions with regional and divisional strategy.
• Provide executive-level insights and recommendations to EEMEA and global leadership, influencing investments and go-to-market decisions.
• Continuously refine Mastercard's CA&E value propositions, ensuring competitive differentiation across diverse regional landscapes.
• Translate insights into actionable commercialization strategies that strengthen Mastercard's leadership in CA&E core capabilities.

About You
• Proven success in a leadership role with responsibility for multi-market or multi-regional commercialization, product management, or client services.
• Demonstrated ability to own revenue and growth outcomes across diverse markets and customer segments.
• Expertise in launching, scaling, and developing out of the box solutions in complex, competitive markets.
• Strong ability to navigate complexity, build consensus, and align senior stakeholders in a global matrixed environment.
• Recognized as a strategic thought leader in marketing, loyalty or personalization to deliver measurable customer outcomes.
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and executive presence, with the ability to influence across cultures and seniority levels.
• International experience across multiple geographies strongly preferred.
• Growth-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of transformational impact.
