Title and Summary
Director, Business Integration The Director of M&A Integration is an integral member of the team supporting all phases acquisition integration. The qualified candidate will be a member of a highly visible team with a focus on supporting integration strategy development, planning and execution. The position reports to VP, M&A Integration and will be based in Purchase, NY.Role:
-Lead and provide support for M&A integration efforts including integration strategy development, planning, execution and performance management, etc.
-Partner with Business and Functional teams to develop value capture and operational integration plans and support execution management
-Oversee the identification of integration cost, approval and tracking process
-Monitor and ensure delivery of the key strategic and financial objectives of our acquisitions through the M&A scorecard process
-Continually incorporate lessons learned and contribute to the continual improvement of tools and artifacts supporting the integration process, including playbooks, tools (such as M&A Accelerator), and documentation
All About You:
-Bachelor's degree
-Demonstrated experience in M&A integration is required
-Strong strategic thinking and problem solving skills
-Superior process and project management skills
-Highly organized with the ability to structure, manage and coordinate complex cross-enterprise projects with multiple stakeholders
-Ability to challenge established views and assumptions at all levels and drive change
-Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, team oriented, collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible
-Ability to understand culture differences in order to drive change and engage stakeholders across the organization
-Personal presence and ability to clearly communicate compelling messages to business and functional partners
-Excellent presentation and writing skills
