Title and Summary

Corporate Solutions Insights Manager – Latin America & Caribbean Overview:
The Corporate Solutions Insights and Execution team is looking for a strategic-minded individual to support the growth priorities for the LAC region (Latin America & Caribbean). This candidate will have experience in developing and executing growth acceleration strategy, conducting client and market research, building market intelligence for the LAC region, assisting in the creation of client presentations, and developing key success measurement / KPIs.

Corporate Solutions is a fast-growing organization within Mastercard, focusing on pursuing the outsized B2B payments opportunity and capturing new payment flows among large corporations. Insights & Execution team sits centrally within Corporate Solutions, primarily responsible for:
Building client experience strategy and success measurement - end-to-end client experience journey design, CSAT customer satisfaction measurement
Leading large market B2B payment competitive intelligence – product and client performance benchmarking, market trends, and customer insights
Developing and executing global and regional strategic initiatives in collaboration with regional and product stakeholders, built on top of a strong analytical foundation

About the role:
This role reports to the Head of Insights & Execution, with close partnership with LAC regional teams. The role is responsible for developing and executing growth acceleration strategy, conducting client and market research, building market intelligence for the LAC region, assisting in the creation of client presentations, and developing key success measurement / KPIs.

Key Activities:
Create LAC wide intelligence through research and analysis with a data-driven approach, informing investment areas and growth acceleration opportunities
Provide analytical support to senior management in the development and execution of strategic initiatives
Craft strategic growth plans and drive execution in key priority markets within the region
Keep pulse on the macro-environment alongside sales and strategy functions
Assist sales in the creation of client pitch decks and client relationship reviews, and create compelling narratives to support client conversations and events
Develop and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders to identify emerging needs and business challenges
Assist in budgeting & forecasting for business growth, development, and tracking of key KPIs

Undergraduate degree required; MBA or relevant post graduate degree recommended
You have the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing.
You are bilingual in English and Spanish, and if you also speak Portuguese, that's a plus!
You possess excellent relationship management skills, presentation skills, a good level of financial and technical acumen
Extensive experience drawing key insights from data to build and manage business cases and inform strategy
Experience structuring and managing financial deals (e.g. M&A, loans, payments) and/or developing client pitch book
Cross-functional project management and ability to lead and influence partners

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Mastercard benefits for full time (and certain part time) employees generally include: insurance (including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance); flexible spending account and health savings account; paid leaves (including 16 weeks of new parent leave and up to 20 days of bereavement leave); 80 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time, 25 days of vacation time and 5 personal days, pro-rated based on date of hire; 10 annual paid U.S. observed holidays; 401k with a best-in-class company match; deferred compensation for eligible roles; fitness reimbursement or on-site fitness facilities; eligibility for tuition reimbursement; and many more. Pay Ranges

Miami, Florida: $130,000 - $221,000 USD
