Overview
The Payment Networks organization is a business enabler and industry leader of technology and payments innovation, supported by a multi-disciplinary team of top product, operations, and technology professionals. We engineer enterprise solutions for enabling all Products, Services, and Corporate Functions across all markets to serve our customers.

Payment Networks is a global organization comprised of twelve programs that provide solutions for Network Access, Transaction Switching Services, and Value-Added Services.

Role
We are looking for an innovative Business Admin to lead engagements, perform administrative support, content creation, information sharing, communication, and supporting organizational needs within the Payment Networks organization.

Responsibilities include:
- Supporting 3 leaders with organizational needs by managing their Outlook, Oracle Financials and Travel
- Support and organize our St Louis based team activities, volunteer activities, and general administrative needs
-Develop and coordinate our Monthly Town Hall events, Leadership Roundtable sessions, and follow ups for supported management team both with content preparation, notes and actions
- Monitor organizational data and administer program data quality
-Develop/Create our quarterly customer communication content collaborating with other team members within and outside Payment Networks organization

All About You
The ideal candidate for this role will have/be:

-Experience in organizing and facilitating meetings with different levels in the organization
-Excellent writing skills and proven experience in executive/leadership communications and business reporting.
- Highly organized and detailed oriented; proficient in managing competing priorities
- Self starter with a results-driven mindset
- Anticipate and proactively address issues that may arise
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to build relationships and interact effectively with individuals at all levels
-Strong understanding of how IT organizations function with a background project management skills.
-Be skilled at technical and creative marketing and communications (blog or vlog posts, newsletter content, presentations and videos, etc.)
-Experience using tools such as Excel, Qualtrics, MS Teams, PowerPoint. Jira or similar tools is a plus.
-Be passionate for the discipline of operational and process excellence and effectively disseminate that passion to your stakeholders and organizational audience members.

-Ideally will have a degree in information technology management, business management, or a similar / related discipline. Minors in literature is a plus. In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Mastercard benefits for full time (and certain part time) employees generally include: insurance (including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance); flexible spending account and health savings account; paid leaves (including 16 weeks of new parent leave and up to 20 days of bereavement leave); 80 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time, 25 days of vacation time and 5 personal days, pro-rated based on date of hire; 10 annual paid U.S. observed holidays; 401k with a best-in-class company match; deferred compensation for eligible roles; fitness reimbursement or on-site fitness facilities; eligibility for tuition reimbursement; and many more. O'Fallon, Missouri: $68,000 - $109,000 USD
