Description

Oversees all pharmacy rebate operations for the state of NC. Acts as a representative of the department in meetings when the manager cannot be present. Day-to-day responsibility to meet contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs), post payments, invoice manufacturers, dispute management, and reporting, resource allocations and support of implementation activities.
