Job Summary

The Physician Network Operations Director will plan, evaluate, direct, and monitor all of the projects as assigned for the Physician Network.

Minimum Qualifications

•Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
•Minimum Years of Experience: 5 Years of experience in physician practice management or higher-level practice administrator.
•Substitutable Education & Experience: May consider experience in practice management in lieu of education.
•Required Certifications/Licensure: None
•Required Training: Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.); Experience with planning, implementation, and tracking specific projects which have a beginning, end, and specific deliverables.

Essential Functions
  • Leads multiple and cross-functional projects and initiatives for the Physician Network. 
  • Establishes project goals and objectives and follows them through to completion. 
  • Develops solutions to critical operational and/or business issues and presents alternatives to executive management. 
  • Evaluates Physician Network internal processes and procedures, measures performance levels, and provides recommendations for improvement.
  • Interviews personnel and conducts on-site observations to generate recommendations on resource requirements (i.e. personnel, equipment, etc.) for efficient and effective operations. 
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Under direction of Physician Network management, prepares and updates the goals and objectives of LMC and the Physician Network. 
  • Provides operational expertise and analytical support to Physician Network management as needed.
  • Identifies, collects, and researches to complete data analysis. 
  • Analyzes financial and other data, including revenue, expenditure, and employment reports. 
  • Develops and maintains positive relationships with Physicians and Practice support staff. 
  • All other duties as assigned.
