Job Summary

Every program lives or dies on the strength of its supply chain — and this role is where that strength gets built. As Material Program Manager for Supply Chain, you'll own the agreements, alignment, and execution rhythm that keep production running ahead of risk instead of reacting to it. This position sits at the intersection of Operations and Supply Chain, driving Long-Term Agreements and Price Agreements that give both sides a shared, reliable playbook. You'll be the connective tissue for Integrated Operating Plan alignment, and the point of accountability in Red Program reviews, EAC/PMR reporting, and supplier award kickoffs. It's a role built for someone who wants real ownership of supplier relationships and program outcomes, not a seat at the back of the room.

Essential Functions
  • Support the creation and negotiation of Long-Term Agreements and Price Agreements.
  • Drive Integrated Operating Plan (IOP) alignment across Operation and Supply Chain to keep supplier commitments and production plans in sync.
  • Lead Red Program Reviews (RPR), Estimate-at-Completion (EAC), and Program Management Reviews (PMR), representing supply chain status and risk to program leadership.
  • Kick off and manage supplier awards, ensuring a clean handoff from sourcing into active program execution.
  • Identify and mitigate program risks before they become program problems, escalating and resolving issues across functional teams.
  • Serve as a key liaison between Operation, Supply Chain, suppliers, and other internal stakeholders to keep contract execution moving without unnecessary friction.
  • Compile and analyze supplier performance data (on-time delivery, quality escapes, cost trends, capacity, and corrective action status) to prepare QBR scorecards and presentation materials.
  • Direct and manage the end-to-end transition of suppliers, including onboarding new suppliers, transferring work from incumbent to replacement sources, and phasing out suppliers, to ensure continuity of supply, quality, and cost performance throughout the changeover.
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of relevent experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain or Business degree may be preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience depending upon the job discipline
  • Knowledge of program management tools and procedures
  • Solid leadership and management skills
  • Exposure to the program lifecycle or components of development through sustainment to include: proposal development, requirements decomposition, generation of system and subsystem statements of work and subcontracts, risk management, and continuous improvement efforts including implementation cost reduction and performance improvement efforts
  • Exposure to the earned value cost accounting and reporting; experience with metrics for assessing and reporting program progress, productivity and variance analysis
  • Exposure to finance, contracting, export regulations, engineering, logistics, manufacturing and supply chain management
  • Strong customer interface skills
  • Solid problem solving skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of specific discipline
  • Exposure to managing manpower planning, project reviews, scheduling and budget control
  • Ability to manage aerospace/defense programs as a prime or subcontractor to a domestic or foreign military organization
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Program Management certification preferred (i.e. PMP or DAU)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Kinaxis for supply chain planning and analytics.
  • Proficiency in Power BI for reporting and data visualization.
  • Prior experience supporting supplier award kickoffs or new program transitions.

Only candidates that meet the qualifications set forth above are eligible to be contacted for further information. We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States. However, we are not able to sponsor visas.
