Responsibilities: Live our mission statement Promote and sell Lansing's products and services Make 8-12 sales appointments daily between established and potential customers Increase sales and profit margins within a geographic territory Develop the growth of the branch by consistently securing new business through business-to-business (B2B) sales of siding windows, gutter, and other exterior building products Cultivate and manage customer relationships Assist and correct customer complaints Educate customers on Lansing's products and services Help customers increase business while improving their profits
Qualifications: Prior B2B outside sales experience in the building products, construction, or wholesale industry (preferred) History of strong ethics and high integrity Demonstrated interest in sales, based on previous jobs or on academic preparation All-around business professional with exceptional telephone etiquette Has a hunger for success and is willing to go the extra mile Works well individually and on a team Has strong communication and social skills  Enjoys meeting and working with new people Is commitment to setting and achieving goals College degree (preferred, but not required)
