Pay rate: $25.00 - $30.00/hour - Depend on Experience 
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 7:00am to 3:30pm 
Term: Temp to hire

What's a typical day as a Welder/Fabricator? You'll be:.

• Perform welding and fabrication tasks using MIG, TIG, and Stick welding processes.
• Weld and fabricate components using aluminum, steel, and other metals according to blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols.
• Inspect welds for accuracy, quality, and adherence to standards.
• Maintain and troubleshoot welding equipment.
• Cut, shape, and assemble metal components using various tools and equipment.
• Ensure all work meets or exceeds industry standards and safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist in other departments as needed, including but not limited to: glass handling, assembly, and general shop duties.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Certified Welder (AWS or equivalent).
• Proven experience with MIG, TIG, and Stick welding processes.
• Proficiency in welding aluminum, steel, and other metals.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols.
• Strong knowledge of welding techniques, metallurgy, and safety practices.
• Ability to use various hand and power tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 50 lbs).
