Now Hiring: Welder in O'Fallon, MO! These are direct hire opportunities, meaning you will be hired permanently with our client and offered their benefit and vacation package upon hire!
Schedule: 1st shift: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay Rate: $25–$30+/hr (Depending on experience)

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Welder to join our production team. In this role, you'll fabricate complex metal structures and weldments based on engineering drawings and blueprints, supporting critical industries such as construction and aerospace. This is a hands-on role requiring advanced knowledge of welding processes and fabrication equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fabricate advanced parts and weldments to precise specifications from blueprints and drawings.
  • Use MIG and TIG processes to weld aluminum, carbon steel, and stainless steel.
  • Perform welding tests to verify the quality and integrity of welds.
  • Use metal fabrication tools to clean, cut, burn, measure, and set up components.
  • Maintain equipment and work areas in safe, organized condition.
  • Assist other departments or areas of the shop as needed.
  • Pass AWS 3G plate (vertical uphill and downhill) and 6G pipe certifications using GMAW and GTAW.
  • Apply advanced layout techniques and fabrication knowledge in daily tasks.

Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in metal fabrication and welding.
  • Strong proficiency in GMAW and STAW welding processes.
  • Ability to read advanced blueprints and follow complex instructions.
  • Familiarity with calibrated tools (e.g., tape measure, calipers), fabrication equipment, and layout tools.
  • Capable of passing internal CWI and AWS certifications.
