Description
We're seeking a skilled Advanced Composite Technician II to support composite part manufacturing in a fast-paced aerospace production environment. This role involves lay-up, cutting, bagging, autoclave, trimming, and repairs of composite aircraft parts, ensuring adherence to precise specifications and quality standards.
Job Title: Advanced Composite Technician II
Location: Tulsa, OK 74117
Shift: Weekend Days – 5:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Manufacture composite parts using resins, materials, and precision tools.

Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and work orders to determine part specifications.

Measure and verify components using micrometers, calipers, and 6” scales.

Ensure all assemblies meet quality and safety standards before inspection.

Maintain logs, documentation, and a clean, organized workspace under 5S and FOD guidelines.

Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement activities.

High School Diploma or GED.

Minimum of 2 years' composite bonding or fabrication experience.

Skilled in working with composite resins and materials.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and scales accurately.

Basic computer skills for production tracking and reporting.
