Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $26 an hour with weekly pay on Friday's.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4pm

What's a typical day as a Warehouse Supervisor? You'll be:
• Operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Completing documentation related to inbound and outbound freight accurately and in a timely manner.
• Supporting safety, work environment, and security policies and best practices.
• Performing operational and administrative duties efficiently.
• Providing leadership and direction to warehouse staff in close coordination with the Terminal Manager.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent (HSED).
• Hold a valid forklift certification.
• Have at least 3 years of forklift operations experience in a warehouse environment.
• Have at least 1 year of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Possess strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and influence performance.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Are self-directed and able to work within time and productivity guidelines with minimal supervision.
• Have good organizational and multi-tasking skills.
