Kelly Services is hiring a Warehouse DC Associate to support Advance Auto Parts, a leading automotive aftermarket retailer, at their distribution center in Salina, KS 67401. This is a 3-month contract-to-hire opportunity offering steady second-shift hours in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Pay: $18.25/hour
Schedule: Full-time, 2nd shift | 6:00 PM – 4:30 AM, Monday–Thursday

Advance Auto Parts is a U.S.-based automotive aftermarket retailer supplying parts and accessories to professional installers and DIY customers nationwide.
Summary of the role:The Warehouse DC Associate is responsible for receiving, handling, and moving materials within the distribution center. This role supports inventory accuracy, safe equipment operation, and timely order fulfillment while maintaining accurate documentation.
Key responsibilities:-
Mark pallets with identifying store information

Pick and stage parts for store replenishment

Verify inventory quantities and assist with inventory maintenance

Operate warehouse equipment such as manual pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided upon training completion)

Use hand-held RF scanners
-
Maintain accurate paperwork and follow safety procedures

Perform basic math functions accurately

Commitment to work the full scheduled shift

Flexibility to assist on other shifts is a plus

Overtime, including weekends and holidays, may be required

Clean attire with well-fitted jeans
-
Clean shirt or sweatshirt with no logos or inappropriate images

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Frequent bending, stooping, and reaching

Lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs with assistance when needed
