Kelly® is hiring Warehouse Associates to join a leading logistics and distribution facility in Carlisle, PA. These are full-time, 4-day workweek (10-hour shift) opportunities in a clean, safety-first environment offering great pay, consistent hours, and long-term potential.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Location: Carlisle, PA
Shifts:

  • Day Shift: 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts – $15.00/hr + $2.30/hr guaranteed bonus
  • Night Shift: 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts – $15.50/hr + $3.75/hr guaranteed bonus
     
Responsibilities:
  • Pick, pack, and move materials according to customer orders and instructions
  • Read and interpret work orders, shipping documents, or requisitions
  • Move items from racks, bins, or shelves based on product code, size, or type
  • Scan and track inventory using Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas and ensure a safe working environment
  • Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed
  • Perform light facility maintenance and housekeeping tasks such as sweeping and mopping
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Basic computer skills; experience with WMS preferred
  • Able to read and follow safety rules, instructions, and manuals
Physical Requirements:
  • Able to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 50 lbs
  • Frequent standing, walking, and reaching
  • Occasionally stooping, kneeling, or climbing stairs
  • Frequent twisting and turning at the waist
