Job Specifications:
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Location: De Pere, WI 54115
- Pay Rate: $25.00/hr
- Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM CST (flexibility & potential overtime available)
- Receive and inspect incoming goods, checking for damage and discrepancies
- Accurately sort, label, and store goods to maximize warehouse space
- Pick, pack, and dispatch outgoing goods as per written or verbal orders
- Operate forklifts and powered industrial vehicles (PIV) safely
- Follow all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures
- Report injuries, hazards, or incidents promptly and comply with HSE standards
- Perform quality checks and identify non-conforming materials
- Communicate effectively with team members and support teams
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and complete routine housekeeping
- Participate in regular training and improvement initiatives
- Remain flexible and assist with miscellaneous duties as required
- Collaborate with peers and support staff to identify and address equipment needs
- 1–5 years of warehouse experience required
- Forklift operation and PIV experience mandatory
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to follow established procedures and guidelines
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
- Hands-on training and skill development
- Potential for overtime and advancement within the organization
- Exposure to industry-leading best practices in warehouse operations
