Job Specifications:

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Location: De Pere, WI 54115
• Pay Rate: $25.00/hr
• Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM CST (flexibility & potential overtime available)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect incoming goods, checking for damage and discrepancies
• Accurately sort, label, and store goods to maximize warehouse space
• Pick, pack, and dispatch outgoing goods as per written or verbal orders
• Operate forklifts and powered industrial vehicles (PIV) safely
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures
• Report injuries, hazards, or incidents promptly and comply with HSE standards
• Perform quality checks and identify non-conforming materials
• Communicate effectively with team members and support teams
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and complete routine housekeeping
• Participate in regular training and improvement initiatives
• Remain flexible and assist with miscellaneous duties as required
• Collaborate with peers and support staff to identify and address equipment needs

Qualifications & Skills:

• 1–5 years of warehouse experience required
• Forklift operation and PIV experience mandatory
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to follow established procedures and guidelines
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
