Job Title: Picker/Packer/Lumper (General Warehouse)
Location: Apex, NC
Pay Rate: $15.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 5:30 AM – 3:30 PM (with potential for overtime)

Job Description:
We are currently seeking motivated individuals for a Picker/Packer/Lumper position in a fast-paced warehouse environment located in Apex, NC. The ideal candidate will assist with all tasks related to picking, packing, unloading, and preparing products for shipment. This role supports various zones, including Pick-to-Light systems, Packing, Receiving, and general warehouse areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and apply labels and prepare boxes based on zone assignments and order priority

  • Build appropriate packaging based on product dimensions

  • Use RF scanners to locate and verify box contents

  • Match product numbers with SKU labels accurately

  • Perform basic math to determine correct pick quantities

  • Request additional inventory when stock is low

  • Transfer completed boxes to designated zones

  • Unload trailers with floor- or pallet-loaded freight

  • Lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs as required

  • Comply with all safety policies and procedures

Minimum Requirements:

  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs consistently

  • Capable of performing repetitive movements and standing for extended periods

  • Able to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in distribution or warehouse operations
