  • Schedule:Rotating shifts
  • Employment Type: Temp to Hire    

 

What's a typical day as a Utility Worker III? You will:

  • Strong commitment to safety and quality, with active engagement in all aspects of work. 
  • Ability to interact well and collaborate effectively with the team. 
  • Perform general manual labor around the mill, including: 
  • Picking up paper 
  • Sweeping floors 
  • Cleaning with various hand tools 
  • Shoveling 
  • Handling chemicals
  • Operating a core cutting machine to cut cores 
  • Operate a forklift to move loose paper, empty dump hoppers, and transport paper rolls and pallets.
  • Perform other general labor and utility tasks as assigned.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Must tolerate working in environments that can be hot, cold, and dirty.
  • Ability to read a tape measure is required. 
     

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:

  • Heavy Industrial experience
  • Forklift
  • Can clear drug test that includes THC
  • High school degree or GED
