Utility Worker Location: Youngstown We are looking for a Utility Worker to assist in the movement of materials at our facility. This role requires the use of steel-toed boots and long pants for safety. Candidates who perform well may have the opportunity to transition to a Temp-to-Hire (TTH) role as a Mill Helper.

Pay:$19.00 Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the machine operator in the loading of coils onto the pay-off reel.
• Set up and tear down exit end racking.
• Assist the operator in stacking finished goods into proper packaging.
• Clean and paint equipment.
• Keep the work area clean.
• Band and wrap finished goods in accordance with packaging specifications.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.

Qualification Requirements:

• High school education or equivalent.
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
• Ability to read and use measurement tools (tape measure, caliper, micrometer).
• Ability to follow basic instructions, both written and verbal.
• Ability to read and comprehend Manufacturing Orders, quality check sheets, and part drawings.

Work Conditions:

• Must wear steel-toed boots and long pants at all times.

Potential Career Progression:

• Temp-to-Hire opportunity as a Mill Helper, assisting the machine operator in setting up, tearing down, and operating production equipment.
