Kelly Services is hiring a Mail Room Assistant / Fulfillment Clerk (Overnight) in South Windsor, CT!

What You'll Do

• Insert and de-insert envelopes as part of high-volume mail processing
• Print detail sheets and validate materials for accuracy
• Collect, sort, and prepare outgoing mail and fulfillment materials
• Type and apply labels, collate documents, and assemble kits
• Weigh, meter, and sort envelopes for distribution
• Use PCs, internal systems, and vendor-provided equipment to track and complete work
• Maintain production accuracy and meet daily processing deadlines

What You'll Bring

• Previous mail room, warehouse, or production experience preferred
• Comfortable working overnight shifts and mandatory overtime
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate software applications
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
• Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Schedule & Pay

• Wednesday, Thursday, Friday + rotating Saturdays
• 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM | Overnight Shift | Mandatory Overtime Required
• Full-Time | Long-Term Temp Opportunity
