Treasury Management Implementation Specialist
Work Location: Phoenix, AZ, Dallas, TX, City of Industry, CA  or Century City, CA
Full-Time | Monday- Friday 8am-5pm
Payrate: $36.00 an hour
About the Role:
We are seeking a Treasury Management Implementation Specialist to lead and manage the implementation process for core Treasury Management products. This highly visible, customer-facing role serves as the primary point of contact for both internal stakeholders and commercial/small business clients throughout the onboarding process. You will ensure a seamless transition by coordinating timelines, managing risks, resolving issues, and providing product training and support. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of Treasury Management products for commercial and small business clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Sales, Product, IT) to ensure a successful onboarding experience.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for clients during implementation, training, testing, and documentation.
  • Prepare and manage DocuSign envelopes for Service Agreements and other onboarding documentation.
  • Communicate regularly with Controllers and high-level business clients to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Track project scope, schedule, and quality; escalate issues and propose creative resolutions.
  • Understand client systems and their compatibility with our bank's Treasury Management platforms.
  • Provide training and guidance to clients on product functionality and best practices.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and deliver status updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of financial services operations or Treasury Management experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in a client-facing role, supporting external customers
  • Proven expertise with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience preparing and sending documents via DocuSign
  • Strong knowledge of Cash/Treasury Management services and onboarding processes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time management, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and independently
