About the Role:

As a Training Specialist, you will report to the Training Lead and Operational Readiness Team to support the development of training content, partnering with workstream SMEs to transform technical and procedural information into effective instructor-led, e-learnings, video, and other learning materials. This position is ideal for an early- to mid-career professional with demonstrated skills in instructional design, e-learning, and learning management systems (LMS), who thrives in a dynamic environment, is highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to the success of cross-functional learning initiatives. •    As required, assist the Training Lead with training logistics, version control, learner communications, and collection of evaluation feedback to measure effectiveness.

•    Stay current with L&D best practices, recommend innovative tools/processes, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of learning programs.

Required Experience and Skills:

•    Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Development, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

•    4-6 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or related Learning & Development roles, ideally in a corporate or technical environment.

•    Hands-on experience with Cornerstone (Saba) or other learning management systems (LMS) is required.

•    Knowledge of or experience with Artificial Intelligence and related tools is considered an asset

•    Experience creating learning content with Articulate; familiarity with Synthesia or other video creation tools is highly desirable.
•    Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
•    Experience working collaboratively with subject matter experts to develop and edit training content.

•    Must be based in the Boston area and able to work onsite at Cambridge and/or Waltham offices at least 3 days per week.
•    Willingness and ability to provide hands-on support for training rollouts onsite, as needed.

Desirable:

•    Previous experience supporting learning or operational content, preferably in the pharmaceutical, scientific, or R&D field. •    Experience with content authoring, multimedia editing, or virtual/blended learning delivery.

•    Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
