Description

Kelly® is seeking an Operations Training Coordinator to support a top client in Beaumont, Texas. Join a dynamic team responsible for training coordination and compliance in a fast-paced industrial environment!

Location: Beaumont, TX (Local Candidates Only; Onsite)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm
Duration: 12+ months, with potential for extension
Pay Rate: $30–$38 per hour (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate logistics for Instructor-Led Training (ILT), including facility management, room bookings, security/access, and materials procurement
  • Support department communications, manage inbox, field basic LMS questions, and fulfill training record requests
  • Data entry/documentation into Learning Management System (LMS); run compliance reports, support audits, maintain dashboards
  • Manage files, SCORM packages, training vendor lists, and assist with compliance and document audits
Must Haves:
  • Experience with Cornerstone or similar LMS administration
  • Background in training coordination
  • Document/file management expertise
  • Strong communication skills, able to coordinate across multiple functions

Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 1 year of administrative or clerical experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook & Excel
  • Comfortable learning new software (databases, SAP, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects
  • Effective communicator – both written and verbal
  • Prior experience in industrial/manufacturing/plant environment a plus
