Location: Windsor, CT
Pay:

  • $27.00/hour (1st Shift)

  • $28.89/hour (2nd Shift)

Schedule:

  • 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

  • 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Join Our Team as a Direct Hire Test Technician

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Test Technician to join our team in Windsor, CT. This is a direct hire opportunity offering consistent full-time hours, competitive pay, and a collaborative work environment. If you have experience in electronic testing and troubleshooting, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of tests on electronic components and assemblies using test equipment

  • Troubleshoot and identify defects in components and systems

  • Document test results and prepare detailed reports

  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all testing activities

  • Work independently and collaborate effectively with team members and engineering staff

  • Adhere to all safety regulations and company procedures

  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a test technician or related role

  • Strong understanding of electronic principles and testing methodologies

  • Proficiency with test equipment including oscilloscopes, multimeters, and function generators

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
