About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Test Proctor/Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will supervise test-takers, ensure exam integrity, assist with administrative tasks, and provide a professional testing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and proctor in-person exams according to strict protocols.
  • Maintain a quiet and fair environment for test-takers.
  • Verify the identity of all candidates.
  • Troubleshoot minor technical issues as they arise.
  • Perform basic administrative duties as directed.
  • Report misconduct or irregularities during testing sessions.
Requirements:
  • Must bring and use your own laptop or device.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Prior experience in a testing center or educational setting is a plus, but not required.
  • Availability for 24-30 hours per week, with flexibility for morning, afternoon, or occasional evening shifts.
