Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team at Kelly in Fargo as a temporary Warehouse Associate! In this full-time role, your responsibilities will include supporting warehouse operations through various tasks such as receiving, handling, storing, and picking products. With a compensation rate of $18.00-$22.00 per hour, this position is perfect for those who are passionate about service and innovation. This temporary assignment will last for approximately 2 months. 

Job Specifications:

- Pay Rate: $18.00-$22.00/Hr.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Respond to agency pickup requests and assist in loading partner agency or volunteer vehicles.
- Support distribution, inventory, and cleaning activities in the warehouse.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the warehouse in accordance with AIB standards.
- Pick partner agency orders accurately and efficiently from the warehouse floor, cooler, and freezer.
- Assist with shipping and receiving, including loading and unloading trucks.
- Track inventory and check-in merchandise as needed.
- Organize supply and packaging materials, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Serve as Relief Driver to cover dedicated retail drivers as necessary.
- Complete inventory reporting thoroughly and timely.
- Establish effective relationships with employees, supervisors, clients, and vendors.

Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Prior order picking, forklift, and food handling experience preferred.
- Ability to obtain forklift certification within 60 days of hire.
- Must obtain Serv Safe Certification and AIB training within 90 days of employment.
- Valid Class D license with a good driving record.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and independently as well as a team player.
- High attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
