Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$40.00–$44.00 per hour, based on experience

- Six-month contract with the potential to expand your professional network and gain valuable experience in procurement and sourcing.
- Supporting Category Leaders and partnering with Category Managers in purchasing materials, equipment, and services.
- Managing or supporting the end-to-end review of Statements of Work (SOW), budgets, payment schedules, and contract development/execution leveraging the Agiloft Legal Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system.
- Preparing purchase requisitions and liaising with the Legal department and Business Owners to ensure all vendor contract terms and conditions meet business needs.
- Assisting with market intelligence and trend analysis to support category managers/leaders.
- Supporting vendor evaluation activities, such as RFIs and RFPs, and handling vendor communication and meeting facilitation.
- Rectifying accounts payable and receiving discrepancies as needed and supporting the quarterly vendor accrual and forecasting process.
- Assisting with other procurement and sourcing projects as required.
- Have a BS/BA degree in a related discipline with five (5) years of relevant sourcing/procurement experience, or a Master's degree with three (3) years of experience, or equivalent combination.
- Bring experience in the pharmaceutical and/or biotech industry (Required).
- Are proficient with ERP and purchasing systems (SAP preferred).
- Are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable prioritizing tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Possess strong analytical, communication, and customer service skills, and are a collaborative team player.
- Are highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Have the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
