Pay: $40.68-44.06/hr
Hours: 8:30am-5pm Monday-Friday
Position will be ONSITE in Torrance, CA 3 days a week and work from home 2 days a week after training

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Process Documentation Specialist to be responsible for transforming both documented and undocumented processes into comprehensive quality standards, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and other reference materials that align with Honda's standards and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with process owners to thoroughly understand existing processes and accurately document them for operational sustainability.
- Develop quality standards, SOPs, and work instructions that meet existing internal requirements and general best practices.
- Identify gaps in current documentation and proactively engage with process owners to fill these gaps.
- Interact with stakeholders outside the business unit to ensure alignment and integration of processes and controls.
- Create guidance documents and templates for future use by other teams to standardize quality standards and operating procedures.
- Proven experience in process documentation and quality management.
- Strong understanding of process mapping and documentation standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- Ability to analyze processes critically and identify areas for improvement.
- Familiarity with Honda's operational standards is a plus.
- Certifications such as Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), Certified Process Professional (CPP), or Six Sigma Green Belt.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies.
