Kelly Science & Clinical is seeking a Technical Recruiter (biopharma/ GMP) near Birmingham, AL. 

6 month Contract 
Shift: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
Compensation: DOE 

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Technical Recruiter to support our recruitment efforts and attract top talent to our organization. As a key member of our HR team, you will partner with hiring managers, develop sourcing strategies, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience and advancing our employer brand.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and refine candidate profiles
  • Develop and post job descriptions across various platforms and channels
  • Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, and networking events
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial phone/video interviews, and evaluate candidates for cultural and role fit
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring alignment and preparedness among hiring teams
  • Manage applicant tracking system (ATS), maintaining accurate candidate records
  • Facilitate offer communication and negotiate terms with candidates
  • Generate regular reports on hiring metrics, including time-to-hire and offer acceptance rates
  • Advance employer branding initiatives to maintain a strong talent presence in the market
  • Promote an inclusive, equitable, and bias-free recruitment process
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
