Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Pay: $24 an hour
Location: Sioux Falls, SD
Fully onsite

As an Associate Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll play a key role in our recruitment strategy—finding creative, data-driven ways to attract top talent. You'll partner closely with HR and Hiring Managers to understand workforce needs and develop strategic approaches to building a diverse and qualified candidate pipeline. Key Responsibilities:
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple functions and locations to ensure timely and effective hiring.

  • Candidate Experience: Deliver a professional and engaging experience for all candidates through clear communication, transparency, and responsiveness.

  • Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaborate with HR and business leaders, providing expert guidance on hiring strategies and market insights.

  • Talent Sourcing: Use a variety of sourcing techniques—social media, networking, referrals, and job boards—to attract and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.

  • Diversity & Inclusion: Support diversity hiring initiatives by actively sourcing and engaging with candidates from varied backgrounds.

  • Labor Market Insights: Research and analyze labor market trends to inform sourcing strategies and ensure alignment with business needs.

  • Process Improvement: Evaluate and refine recruitment workflows to improve efficiency, reduce time-to-fill, and enhance candidate and hiring manager satisfaction.

  • Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide regular updates and hiring metrics to leadership.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, and sound judgment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across teams.

  • Prior recruiting or HR experience preferred (internships included).
