Description

Supply Planning Coordinator   

  • Location: 100% ONSITE – Weston, FL (33331)
  • Type: W2 contract (NO C2C OR THIRD PARTY)
  • Pay Rate: $25–$28/hr depending on direct related experience
  • Duration: 15-month contract (Estimated to end 5/2027; contract extension potential)
  Job Summary: In this role, you'll track inventory, execute key system transactions, ensure clean data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, proficient in SAP/ERP environments, and skilled at maintaining precise transactions.

  Responsibilities:
  • Log and track robotic component receipts from vendors; assure correct system flows and escalate discrepancies
  • Verify stock locations against ERP status, coordinate bin transitions with Quality
  • Raise consumption sales orders from Salesforce into ERP with accurate details
  • Manage return-to-stock workflows for serviced units, validate completion
  • Reconcile inventory counts against ERP balances, escalate mismatches
  • Perform first-level control checks across ERP/Salesforce for data integrity
  • Pull and compile scheduled reports for stock levels, consumption activity, and back orders
  • Deliver clear operational data for leadership summaries and planning reviews
  Required Qualifications & Skills:
  • 1–3 years' experience in supply chain, service operations, or inventory control
  • Familiarity with service supply triggers (consumption, return to stock, repair loop inventory)
  • Intermediate Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data cleanup)
  • Collaborative skills with Quality, Warehouse, and Customer Service teams
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • ERP/SAP/Salesforce experience preferred
  • Strong problem solving, process discipline, and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain ownership mentality
